The first encounter with Mr Luck Casino is unusual, the casino website is different from those we have seen so far. Even though it seems that the font could be better and the layout could be clearer. We know that those who judge a book by its cover make mistakes - Mr Luck Casino is still able to provide you with a lot of entertainment, you just need to look at other aspects.
Check out the pros and cons of playing at MrLuck Casino and read our review.
Mr Luck Casino – first impression
The Mr Luck Casino website has a simple and clear design. It's easy to find tabs and content that interest you here. Cold colors and imprecise translations into New Zealand make it easy to give an unfavorable verdict on this casino, but it is really worth getting to know it better to form a deeper assessment.
The website is not fully translated and this will be a big problem for some users, however, please remember that the website is in process and some deficiencies may be corrected in the future.
Welcome bonus at Mr Luck Casino
Mr Luck Casino wants to bring us some luck and offers a bonus at the start in the form of a 10% refund of our deposit. This is a non-standard approach. Usually, casinos offer a deposit bonus, sometimes we can also receive free spins, however, MrLuck Casino focuses on fair conditions: when depositing, you never run the risk of losing your funds, because you can always receive a 10% refund. This refund is calculated every 24 hours after the deposit. Yes, we are not mistaken - 24 hours after each deposit, not only the first deposit takes part in this promotion.
Of course, the evaluation of the bonus is very subjective for each user, from our perspective we like the transparency of the rules and the cashback option.
Registration at Mr Luck Casino
To register for the first time at Mr Luck Casino, click the "Join now" or "Join now" button. A window will appear in which you must fill in your email address, password, phone number and currency. After clicking consent, we are registered. Interestingly, it is also possible to log in via Steam or Facebook, the latter of which is already standard. We don't know of any casino that offers login via Steam, so this is an interesting novelty. After the first registration, you can log in normally.
Promotions and bonuses at MrLuck Casino
Mr Luck Casino does not offer a wide range of bonuses, we cannot choose from the popular bonus options usually found here. We will not receive free starting bonuses or regular promotions. MrLuck Casino also does not offer a bonus to loyal players. However, this does not mean that there is no bonus option waiting for us at MrLuck Casino.
Maybe we won't get a bonus on the first, second and third deposit, but we will get a bonus... on every deposit!
Every deposit we make qualifies for 10% cashback every 24 hours.
The rules are simple:
- Every registered MrLuckCasino player is entitled to 10% cashback for making a deposit.
- You can claim your cashback 24 hours after depositing
- Cashback will be available in the “My Bonuses” tab after making a deposit.
- An additional 10% will be awarded to the best players on the site.
We consider this option to be a positive feature of Mr Luck Casino, who wouldn't want to be sure that their deposit will receive 10% cashback.
Games and software at Mr Luck Casino:
The main theme of the casino is a gorilla throwing money left and right. In the bar in the middle of the page we can see the current winners from specific games, which may encourage the user to try that particular game.
At Mr Luck we have a wide selection of games from over 40 operators. Here you will find slots from, among others: such software providers: Microgaming, Endorphina, QuickSpin, Wazdan, Netent and BGaming.
Mr Luck is also live casino. Fans of Blackjack, Baccarat, Poker and other table games will have plenty to do.
Mr Luck Casino – License
The casino has a license that is highly valued among all online casino users, granted by the MGA in Malta.
Overview of the advantages and disadvantages of MrLuck Casino
As we have mentioned several times when reviewing online casinos, it is difficult to find a casino that is perfect in every respect. We believe that MrLuck Casino has definitely more advantages than disadvantages. We have the option of a 10% cashback guarantee on the deposit with no turnover requirement. We consider such a promotion to be a characteristic feature of MrLuck Casino and we believe that it will be appreciated by players.
MrLuck Casino also boasts an application for mobile devices, which is not so common among online casinos. We keep our fingers crossed that the operator will work on translating the website, then it will be much easier to access some of the content.
Deposit methods at Mr Luck Casino
Deposits and withdrawals are handled via the most famous e-wallets and debit and credit cards, such as Visa, Mastercard and others. MrLuck casino payment methods also offer the very favorable New Zealand options Trustly, eZeeWallet and Sofort.
Customer service at Mr Luck Casino
At Mr Luck Casino we offer support in New Zealand and English. You can contact customer service between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. UTC. If we want to contact you outside customer service opening hours, just send an email to: [email protected].
It is also worth taking a look at the FAQ section (frequently asked questions), because it may turn out that what we are looking for is already solved there.
Mr Luck Casino mobile version and application
The casino also offers a mobile version, for Android, Windows and MacOS. The process of launching it is very simple and transparent. We appreciate that despite the lack of a wide promotional offer, we can play using the mobile application.
MrLuck Casino and LuckyBird Casino comparisonCasino comparison: Mr Luck Casino and Lucky Bird Casino
We have compared casinos with the word luck in the title name. Both MrLuck Casino and Lucky Bird Casino can offer them to their players. However, casinos are different.
The first difference is the welcome bonus. MrLuck Casino has a great offer for players who like simple rules - 10% refund of your deposit. There are no trading conditions here. Pure deal. LuckyBird Casino offers a 100% bonus up to NZ$700 plus 125 free spins. Both offers are aimed at different types of players, so we don't think there is an advantage to either one. They're both attractive - they're just completely different.
MrLuck Casino offers a wider range of slots from a wider range of reputable providers. When it comes to payment methods, you will also find more of them at MrLuck Casino.
Both casinos do not have graphically advanced websites. The design of both disappoints us slightly, but this is not an argument why we cannot sincerely recommend both MrLuck Casino with its 10% cashback bonus and LuckyBird Casino.
User Rating -UX MrLuck Casino
MrLuck Casino is not a casino for every player. If you are looking for free spins to start and a generous one-time bonus0 then we recommend other casinos. However, after a longer acquaintance, despite the simplicity of the design and problems with translation into the New Zealand language, MrLuck Casino guarantees us a refund every 24 hours, not a one-time 10% of our deposits. We consider this to be a great option for any player, whether a beginner or a player with a lot of experience.
Mr Luck Casino Summary and Rating
Mr Luck Casino may have both its supporters and opponents. Why? It depends on what a given player cares about most. If the player's priority is honesty and the cashback option, then the casino is definitely for him. From our perspective, the aesthetics or imprecision of the translation into Polish are secondary. But we remember that everyone has different preferences.
Our rating is. Let's focus on the positives. Probably the biggest one is the transparency option and the option of refunding funds to the customer. Even though it seems like a poor bonus version, from the perspective of a long-term player, this bonus is very attractive. This weighs heavily in favor of Mr Luck Casino. You might even go as far as to say that it somewhat alleviates poor translation or website design. Thanks to this option, we can recommend Mr Luck Casino.
Not the best design will not be in the first place if we manage to get a 10% cashback bonus, thanks to which we have a chance to recover 10% of our deposit every 24 hours. It is worth getting acquainted with this casino and choosing your favorite game. There are many games, so every player will surely find a game that suits them and their preferences. And of course, it would be nice to be among the top winning players if others are successful? All you need is training and a bit of luck. You can try the games for free in the demo version, so you can familiarize yourself with each stage of the game, step by step, and only then start investing your first money in a winning combination of symbols.
